Papers and preprints are verified against PubMed, Europe PMC or Crossref; models, datasets, news and conferences against their official pages. Each library item records its verification source. Key claims on topic pages are checked against the article abstract (Europe PMC) where available.论文与预印本对照 PubMed、Europe PMC 或 Crossref 核验；模型、数据集、新闻与会议对照官方页面核验。每条文献库条目均记录核验来源。专题页上的关键论断在可获取时对照文章摘要（Europe PMC）核对。
Evidence grading证据分级
Evidence is labelled descriptively rather than scored:证据以描述性标签标注，而非打分：
- Peer-reviewed primary study — original data, published in a journal.同行评审原始研究——原始数据，已在期刊发表。
- Preprint — not peer reviewed; always marked “preprint”.预印本——未经同行评审，始终标注“预印本”。
- Model system — cell lines, organoids, xenografts or mouse models; stated explicitly because results may not transfer to patients.模型系统——细胞系、类器官、异种移植或小鼠模型；会明确说明，因为结论未必适用于患者。
- Computational only — no experimental or clinical validation.纯计算——无实验或临床验证。
- Benchmark / critique — independent tests of claims; included alongside positive results.基准/批评——对结论的独立检验，与正面结果一并收录。
- Clinical validation — prospective evidence in patients. None of the virtual-cell items in the library currently reach this level.临床验证——患者中的前瞻性证据。文献库中的虚拟细胞条目目前均未达到这一层级。
Topic pages and the knowledge graph专题页与知识图谱
Each topic page is generated from a JSON record in content/graph/ listing questions, entities, evidence (library IDs), related topics and an explicit uncertainties section. The build fails if a citation is not in the library, if a related topic does not exist, or if the uncertainties section is missing.每个专题页由 content/graph/ 中的 JSON 记录生成，包含问题、实体、证据（文献库编号）、相关主题以及明确的“尚不确定之处”。若引用不在文献库中、相关主题不存在或缺少不确定性部分，构建将直接失败。
Review policy审阅政策
Pages start as draft with status “Review pending” and lastReviewed empty. A page is marked reviewed only after the editorial team has read it against the cited sources; the version number increases with each substantive change. Clinical commentary is written by the editorial team and labelled.页面初始为初稿，状态为“待审阅”，lastReviewed 为空。只有在编辑团队对照引用来源审读后才会标记为已审阅；每次实质修改都会提升版本号。临床点评由编辑团队撰写并明确标注。
Update cadence更新频率
The library is updated weekly. Topic pages show their version and last-updated date; corrections are welcome.文献库每周更新。专题页显示版本号与最后更新日期，欢迎指正。
No patient data不含患者数据
GlioState contains no patient data, no clinical case reports and no identifiable information. It only summarises published or publicly posted sources. The site uses no trackers or cookies.GlioState 不包含任何患者数据、不包含临床病例报告，也不含可识别信息，仅总结已发表或公开发布的资料。本站不使用追踪器或 Cookie。
